How to Book your first appointment?

Before your appointment

  • It all begins with an idea to change your hair. You will need to book a Consultation and Patch Test first.

  • You can do this by WhatsApping me 0892617718 or drop me a DM on Insta @the.peculiar.hair.club .

  • This is free and only takes a couple of minutes.

  • Check out the information below about my Cancellation Policy, Lateness and Allergy Testing.

  • Whatever your style is, we will work towards getting you your ideal look. Bring inspiration pics with you or send them to me before we chat. 

  • Don’t worry about sounding professional and knowing the lingo. Sound like you and I’ll fill in the blanks.

During your appointment

  • I’ve got parking, usually there will be a spot in the driveway. However, if there isn’t and you’ve got to park on street, please be mindful not to block any other driveways.

  • Even though we have a consultation prior to your appointment, I will always run through what we talked about. Making sure we’re both on the same page.

  • Feel free to bring your own device and work remotely or read a book (I’ve got some great reads).

  • Thirsty? Ask me what I’ve got. Tea and Coffee and soft drinks too.

  • Our goal should be to give you great hair in salon and at home, ask me what home-care products I recommend.

  • Most importantly, sit back and enjoy.

Cancellation Policy

Your custom is very important to me and I will always do my utmost to fit you in for an appointment. I see your appointment as verbal agreement between us and that time is reserved especially for you, for the time it takes to complete the services you have requested.

Upon booking you will be asked for your card details in email to confirm the appointment. No Deposit will be taken, however, you will be charged 30% of the appointment fee if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours.

I understand things can happen at the last minute and assure you that I will be sympathetic. So, to my lovely regular customers ,please accept a one time free pass on the cancellation policy for any emergency situation were it is unavoidable for you to cancel.

Lateness - If you are late for your appointment you may still be charged for the full appointment you were originally booked in for. I may be able to provide a reduced service for the time we have.

Consultation & Allergy testing - I advise all new and sometimes existing clients to come in for a consultation about your next colour service/goal. It gives us a chance to chat and you can get familiar with the flow of the salon. Absolutely all clients must have an up to date allergy test at least 48hours before their colour appointment.

( If you fail to book and come in for an allergy test in time and I cannot do your colour, you would sadly be charged 30% of the appointment fee )
